The Tohono O’odham Nursing Care Authority (TONCA) was established to meet the needs of our community for assisted living and skilled nursing in Arizona that adapts to the O’odham Himdag. It is our joy to empower our elders to live out their days with dignity and a high quality of life. Our highly trained, compassionate staff members look forward to meeting you and your family, and connecting your loved one to the care he or she needs.
