The Tohono O’odham Nursing Care Authority (TONCA) was formed for the purpose of bringing our elders home to our Nation by providing the skilled nursing care and assisted living services they need to continue living with dignity. The Tohono O’odham Elder Assisted Living Residence and the Archie Hendricks Sr. Skilled Nursing Facility provide comforting, compassionate elderly services in a home-like setting in which residents can live surrounded by our traditional Himdag, speaking our language and eating our traditional foods.

Below, you’ll find an application that you can download if you or your loved one would like to move into our elder assisted living residence.
